PATIENT-FOCUSED QUALITY COMPETENCE:
THE QC GAP CERTIFICATE PROGRAM

PROGRAM FORMAT

The Patient-Focused Quality Competence: The QC Gap certificate program is an online learning program for laboratory professionals who want to learn about numerical quality control and evaluate and improve their QC practices to better meet patient needs. This certificate program is composed of four courses, which can be completed online in 1-2 hours each. It contains 5 lectures with audio, evaluation tools, discussion questions, and a final exam. You can earn 4 continuing education units for completing the entire program.

To receive the Patient-Focused Quality Competence: The QC Gap certificate, you must successfully complete all four courses before the program end date. Patient-Focused Quality Competence: The QC Gap certificates are awarded monthly. In addition, graduates of the program are listed on a graduate register.
