Happy Lab, Happy Life: Addressing Commonly Neglected Human Resource Considerations in the Lab is the first of eight programs in the AACC/Seattle Children’s Hospital Lab Management Series of webinars. Learn management approaches you can use to address the human resource issues that have the most direct impact on your lab’s ability to create and maintain a culture of patient safety. Strategies for recognizing and correcting the normalization of deviance, issues caused by self-assessment, the disconnection of lab workers from patient care, and fatigue in clinical laboratory employees will be discussed.
